Job Summary

This role involves taking primary responsibility for the operation, administration, and continuous development of the organization's enterprise-wide communication services, focusing heavily on Microsoft Exchange On-Premises and Hybrid Exchange Online environments. The Senior Exchange Administrator will plan and execute migrations, upgrades, and integration projects, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across the entire messaging infrastructure. A key part of the role includes managing and optimizing E-mail gateways, specifically Cisco ESAv systems, to maintain secure and reliable mail communication. Candidates must possess extensive professional experience, including at least five years dedicated to Microsoft Exchange administration, deep expertise in hybrid environments (Entra ID Connect, Hybrid Configuration Wizard), and strong knowledge of E-mail security standards (DMARC, DKIM, SPF). The position requires proactive monitoring, efficient troubleshooting, and policy development in collaboration with IT Security and Data Protection teams, making strong analytical skills and PowerShell automation experience essential.
