Job Summary

This role is for a proactive Data Center Engineer/Technician in Frankfurt am Main, working for a leading IT service provider specializing in technology and data center engineering. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing repairs and fault analysis on storage and server systems, developing solution concepts, performing configurations, and managing incidents via ticket systems. A key focus is on structured cabling, data center room planning, and overseeing server rack layouts, including planning and executing server and data center relocation projects. The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of server and storage hardware (IBM, Sun, Dell, HP, Cisco) and experience diagnosing and resolving network and server issues.
