Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated Onsite IT Technician joining a leading Managed Services provider in Frankfurt am Main. The technician will be responsible for managing and resolving IT support requests directly at the user's location, ensuring high service quality and adherence to SLAs. Day-to-day tasks involve utilizing a ticket management system to track issues, identifying and solving hardware and software problems, and providing essential training to users on new systems. Key qualifications include strong competency in current Windows and Mac OS operating systems, experience in workstation installation and customization, and routine handling of Asset Management processes.
