Job Summary

This role is seeking a dedicated Construction Manager specializing in civil engineering and pipeline construction to oversee and execute complex building projects. Key responsibilities include comprehensive planning and monitoring of construction processes, ensuring the economic success and technical adherence of all measures. The manager will be responsible for coordinating personnel and material deployment on site, independently managing projects within civil and pipeline construction, and controlling site results. A successful candidate should possess a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification (Technician or Master Craftsman), basic contractual knowledge of VOB, and proficiency in MS Office and relevant calculation software. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and an entrepreneurial, self-reliant approach to work, offering the potential for planned permanent employment and above-tariff compensation.
