Job Summary
As an IT Technician, you will be a crucial part of a dynamic team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure for clients across Germany. Your daily tasks will involve performing hardware installations and server maintenance, troubleshooting issues based on pre-qualified incidents, and conducting independent problem analyses. You will also be responsible for IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services and preventive maintenance, alongside providing essential 1st and 2nd level support. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in IT support and hardware/software expertise, offering the chance to gain valuable experience in complex project environments and contribute to a well-established IT service provider.

Completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration or comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in 1st and 2nd Level Support
- Experience in Onsite Support
