This role seeks an experienced Project Engineer specializing in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Sanitary (HVAC/Plumbing) systems to join a dynamic team in Dresden. The core responsibilities involve the independent planning and execution of technical building equipment (TGA) projects, ensuring adherence to strict cost, quality, and schedule parameters. Candidates must possess a strong background in TGA or customer service, coupled with excellent technical understanding of HVAC/Plumbing systems and relevant regulatory frameworks (DIN/VDI). Key tasks include leading project teams, managing client consultations, preparing quotes, overseeing defect rectification, documentation, and coordinating negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers.
