Job Summary

As an Electrical Engineering Team Lead in the semiconductor industry, you will spearhead the installation and assembly of automated transport systems within cleanroom environments. Your daily responsibilities involve leading a specialized team in the mechanical and electrical assembly of system components based on technical drawings, followed by commissioning and functional testing until final customer acceptance. You will act as the 'Qualified Electrician' (Elektrofachkraft) responsible for team safety, documentation of work steps, and the creation of handover protocols. This role is highly collaborative, requiring close communication with clients and active participation in defining project workflows. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in an electrical field, or a Master Craftsman (Industriemeister) / Technician certification specializing in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the installation of electrical components and systems
  • Proven experience in leading and developing small teams in a cooperative manner
  • Professional experience in performing initial tests, commissioning, and functional testing of industrial plants
  • Experience working with technical drawings and assembly instructions
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry or automation technology is implied
