Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled IT Service Technician to join the support team of a prominent marketing company in Munich. The core responsibilities involve providing comprehensive First and Second Level Support to users, personally assisting them with technical inquiries, and meticulously documenting all technical work steps. Day-to-day tasks include managing and maintaining existing Windows clients, printers, network components, and telecommunications equipment, as well as participating in the implementation of individual IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a completed vocational qualification in the IT sector (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics) and professional experience with Windows and iOS operating systems, standard applications, and basic network/hardware knowledge. This full-time, permanent position offers a varied workload, predictable working hours, and excellent prospects for long-term employment, initially through temporary employment with the option for permanent takeover.
