Job Summary
This role is an exciting opportunity for an IT Specialist to join a major company in Berlin, supporting over 1,000 specialists across six countries to ensure smooth IT operations. The specialist will serve as the primary technical point of contact for national and international support inquiries, handling communication personally, via phone, and email. Key responsibilities include managing user requests from initial intake and error analysis through to solution development, performing client installation and administration tasks, and conducting user training sessions. Candidates should possess a completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT System Integration Specialist or IT System Electronics Technician) and demonstrate initial professional experience in IT Service or Support. The position offers an unlimited contract, flexible working hours, home office options, and extensive further training opportunities within a supportive and open company culture.
