Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Network Technician to join a nationwide service provider in Munich, specializing in operating redundant network environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the configuration and operation of Cisco routing and switching systems, processing incoming service disruption reports, and actively participating in various network projects. You will also handle network management, monitoring, documentation, and troubleshooting using a ticketing system, and manage copper and fiber-based access technology. The ideal candidate has completed an IT-related education (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or similar), possesses experience with Cisco and TCP/IP, and is prepared to work within a team-internal shift model covering Monday through Saturday service hours. A CCNA certification is highly desirable.
