Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for career starters or lateral entrants to establish themselves in the IT industry, providing essential onsite technical support within a banking group in Frankfurt am Main. The primary focus involves diagnosing and resolving disruptions and change requests within Windows 10 infrastructures and the Office 365 environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include processing customer fault reports received via phone, email, or ticketing systems, ensuring solution-oriented resolution while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and meticulously documenting all incidents and solutions within the ITSM tool. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT vocational qualification or comparable experience, alongside practical knowledge of ticketing and documentation systems, and remote support. This position offers a permanent contract, predictable working hours, and the potential for direct takeover by the client.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Customer Consultant, IT System Electronics Technician, IT System Salesperson, IT Service Technician, Information Electronics Technician) or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support (alternatively to formal education)
  • Practical experience using ticketing systems or documentation systems
