Job Summary

This role supports the Medical Process Manager in analyzing, planning, and implementing process optimizations within daily clinical operations. Key responsibilities include organizing and preparing meetings, workshops, and project sessions, alongside creating, maintaining, and tracking process documentation, reports, and presentations. The assistant will also contribute to data collection and evaluation of medical and organizational key performance indicators (KPIs), coordinate communication across various departments and external partners, and independently lead and moderate working groups. Candidates should possess a degree in the healthcare sector (e.g., Medical Management or Health Economics) or relevant experience/qualifications, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office, demonstrating a structured, reliable, and independent working style. Experience in process management, quality management, or clinical settings is a definite advantage.
