Job Summary

This critical role involves supporting the organization and leadership of the in-house technical department, focusing on electrical, heating, climate, ventilation, and sanitary technology within a clinic setting. The Deputy Head ensures the functional and operational safety of all technical systems while maintaining compliance with legal frameworks governing technical clinic operations. Key responsibilities include technical project management and control for construction projects, cost management (forecasting, invoicing, contract negotiation), and developing multi-year maintenance plans. Candidates must possess a degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering), or equivalent qualifications like a certified Electrical Technician/Master, coupled with professional and leadership experience in hospital technical operations. The position requires strong knowledge of technical standards, procurement law, and proficiency in standard IT applications, including MS Office and CAFM, demanding a proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach.
