Job Summary
This role involves supporting the maintenance and optimization of core IT systems within a mid-sized company focused on technical and administrative support in Munich. The IT Specialist will be responsible for hands-on tasks including troubleshooting technical issues, installing and configuring hardware and software, and creating technical documentation. A key part of the job is ensuring IT security and data integrity, participating in IT infrastructure development projects, and providing user support and training.
