Job Summary

This role is ideal for a skilled Laboratory Technician looking to join a rapidly expanding, international veterinary diagnostics company in their new, state-of-the-art laboratory in Kornwestheim, Germany. The primary responsibilities involve executing pathogen and mutation detection assays, including DNA/RNA isolation, Block-PCR, real-time PCR, RFLP analysis, and gel electrophoresis, strictly adhering to standard operating procedures. The technician will also contribute to method development and validation processes, perform general technical lab work, and engage in continuous professional development. The successful candidate must be highly reliable, accurate, and capable of working independently and responsibly within a qualified, engaged team, with the added requirement of rotating Saturday shifts.
