This role involves providing essential onsite hardware and software support directly to the client, ensuring smooth operation of IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate must have completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, possess proven experience in supporting and troubleshooting Windows clients and standard hardware, and be proficient in MS Office and ticket systems.
