Job Summary

This critical role within RWE Nuclear GmbH focuses on ensuring the system availability, plant optimization, and functional readiness of assigned mechanical systems, such as emergency diesel generators, post-cooling systems, and nuclear/conventional ventilation, supporting decommissioning and infrastructure projects in Lingen. The specialist will be responsible for planning and executing infrastructure measures, creating detailed work documents for maintenance and modifications in process engineering systems, and conducting recurring inspections. A key part of the job involves analyzing system faults, implementing sustainable resolutions, and ensuring strict compliance with quality requirements, including KTA rules. The role requires a certified Technician or Master Craftsman in Mechanical Engineering with several years of relevant experience in technical plant systems, strong communication skills, and a high degree of safety awareness, including managing an approved budget and coordinating external partner firms.
