Job Summary

This role is a compelling opportunity for a skilled Maintenance Electrician or Industrial Mechanic to join the Airbus team in Nordenham, working under the attractive conditions of the IG Metall collective agreement. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently executing repair and preventative maintenance on complex machinery, production equipment, and building technical systems. Day-to-day tasks involve identifying system weaknesses, developing and implementing practical technical improvements, and meticulously documenting all maintenance activities, material orders, and work orders within SAP. This position requires a strong focus on Total Productive Manufacturing (TPM) concepts to continuously improve plant availability and involves collaboration on cross-functional maintenance projects. Candidates must possess professional experience in manufacturing/production, familiarity with SAP/PM, and be willing to work in a 3-shift system.
