Job Summary

This role is centered on providing critical Onsite Support services to clients across the Munich and Southern Bavaria region for a leading German IT service provider. The specialist will be tasked with performing maintenance and troubleshooting on a wide array of hardware, including desktops, notebooks, printers, and peripherals. Core responsibilities include analyzing and resolving hardware, network, and Windows client disturbances, alongside meticulous documentation and processing of support requests within standard ticketing systems. Furthermore, the position involves managing the complete lifecycle of workstations—from setup and configuration to dismantling—and conducting user introductions to new systems and mobile devices, ensuring data and profile backups are completed. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification in IT System Integration or equivalent, proven troubleshooting experience, and strong familiarity with Active Directory and authorization management.
