Job Summary
This role involves supporting the Industrial Service and Cybersecurity division of TÜV Rheinland, specifically within environmental measurement technology and air pollution control, contributing to the future of industrial digitalization and infrastructure projects. The Testing Technician will primarily prepare and execute rigorous quality checks and tests on measuring and testing equipment, including test gases, often supporting the lead test engineer but sometimes managing smaller orders independently. A crucial part of the role is ensuring compliance with the QM system through meticulous documentation. Key technical responsibilities include performing necessary maintenance and repair work on technical equipment, assisting with emission measurements, and supporting the evaluation of measurement data and creation of final measurement reports. Candidates must possess a completed technical vocational background, such as an Electrician or Industrial Master, ideally with initial experience in device testing and maintenance. The position requires fluent German skills, a Class B driver's license, and a strong willingness to undertake self-reliant action and field service activities, including assignments lasting multiple days.
