Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the safety and compliance of industrial and commercial buildings by performing thorough inspections of critical building services engineering systems. The expert will be responsible for examining ventilation systems, CO warning systems, smoke extraction, pressurized ventilation, and fire extinguishing installations. Daily tasks also include conducting hygiene tests, energy inspections, and comfort measurements, culminating in the creation of comprehensive safety reports for specialized buildings. The position is field-based, aiming for assignments close to the employee's residence, allowing for daily return home. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Building Services Engineering, Utility Engineering, or a comparable field of study

Experience

  • Professional experience in planning, maintenance, or construction of utility systems (desirable)
  • Experience as a recognized expert in building law (best case scenario)
  • Willingness to undergo training to become a recognized expert
