Job Summary

This is a leadership opportunity to head the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Practice within TÜV Rheinland’s Industry Service and Cybersecurity division, driving technological advancement and industrial digitalization. The Practice Lead is tasked with the technical and disciplinary leadership of the AI team, ensuring the economic success of the practice through effective utilization, backlog, and cost management. A key focus is acting as the Lead Presales expert for all AI topics, developing the service portfolio, and supporting sales and marketing efforts. Candidates must hold a relevant technical university degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering) and possess professional experience in AI, including knowledge of critical standards like the EU AI Act and ISO/IEC 42001. The role demands strong internal coaching skills, external networking abilities, and mandatory fluency in both German (C1 minimum) and English.
