Job Summary
This leadership role involves managing the entire Wesseling site, encompassing laboratories, warehouses, administrative buildings, and traffic areas, for Germany's leading environmental analytics firm. The Head of Building Technology and Infrastructure is responsible for ensuring the uninterrupted availability of all technical facilities and operating equipment, including production systems, ventilation, technical gases, compressed air, plumbing, electrical, building, and heating technology. Key responsibilities include minimizing infrastructure failure risks, leading or participating in projects focused on laboratory optimization, occupational safety, and energy efficiency, and developing the technical team. Candidates need a technical background, relevant professional experience in areas like HVAC or electrical engineering, and ideally, initial leadership experience. This position offers a chance to contribute to environmental protection within a stable, global market leader, working closely with the management team on site decisions.
