Job Summary

This is a critical leadership role for an expert in environmental analytics, responsible for managing the Sample Registration and Laboratory Service Teams in Wesseling, Germany. The core mission is to ensure professional, goal-oriented leadership, guaranteeing the correct, complete, and timely order entry, and efficient transition of samples into the laboratory process. You will significantly influence laboratory control, coordinating scheduling closely with customer service and various lab departments. Key daily tasks involve proactive management of bottlenecks, transparent communication of relevant information, and joint planning of personnel deployment and team development with Team Leaders. The ideal candidate brings professional leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and a high affinity for IT applications like Lab Management Systems (LIMS). As part of the site management team, you will contribute to strategic laboratory development, process optimization, and continuous productivity improvement within a growing, sustainable, and diverse global organization.
