Job Summary
This position as an HR Specialist at the Heilbronn District Office offers the chance to actively shape personnel processes for approximately 2,200 employees, from hiring through exit. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading job interviews, making personnel selection decisions, and providing expert advice to specialized departments on staffing procedures. The specialist will also manage complex individual personnel cases, addressing various civil servant, collective bargaining, and labor law issues, such as contract finalization, parental leave applications, and classification adjustments.
