Job Summary
This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for IT support at the Heilbronn District Office, ensuring smooth system operations for all users. You will spend approximately 70% of your time in 1st-level support, managing the IT hotline and ticket system to resolve recurring issues and document requests. The remaining 30% is dedicated to 2nd-level support, where you will conduct deep-dive technical analysis, maintain hardware and software systems, and configure client/server environments. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of hardware, from initial setup and installation of notebooks and mobile devices to repairs and user training. This position is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys direct user contact and wants to actively shape IT processes. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support or system integration
- Proven experience in Windows client and server environments
- Experience in hardware configuration, installation, and maintenance
- Experience in troubleshooting network and software issues
- Experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented technical role
