Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Industrial Electrician to join the team at OPTIMA, a globally leading manufacturer of filling and packaging solutions for the pharma, consumer, and food industries, located in Schwäbisch Hall. The core responsibilities involve hands-on electrical work, including equipping the semi-automated cable paternoster, managing the cable warehouse to ensure material availability, and precisely cutting cables and wires according to specified lists. A crucial part of the job is the functional testing and commissioning of electrical connections, as well as connecting machine supply lines and busbar outlets. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification as an Industrial Electrician or equivalent, coupled with several years of professional experience, particularly in machine and control cabinet construction. Fluency in German and good English skills for technical communication are essential for success in this long-term, full-time position.
