Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Service Technician specializing in the commissioning and maintenance of complex filling and packaging systems for a globally leading manufacturer, OPTIMA, located in Schwäbisch Hall. Day-to-day responsibilities involve commissioning systems both internally and at customer sites, ensuring the functionality of electronic components, and collaborating closely with electrical design teams to resolve technical issues. The technician will also be responsible for checking electrical systems to guarantee safe operation, conducting measurements according to VDE guidelines, and meticulous documentation of results in test reports. The ideal candidate must possess a completed qualification such as an Industrial Electrician or Electronics Technician, coupled with professional experience in mechanical engineering. Essential technical skills include proficiency with Siemens TIA Portal and Rockwell Studio 5000, along with very good written and spoken German and English skills.
