This crucial role involves coordinating the digitalization efforts within the Building Authority, specifically focusing on modernizing processes related to building law and monument protection in the Rostock district. The coordinator will actively drive the transition from paper-based systems to modern, digital workflows, including implementing services mandated by the Online Access Act (OZG), such as digital building applications and monument registers. Key responsibilities include supporting and advising the departmental management on legal and organizational matters, developing efficient digital approval procedures, and providing technical administration for specialized applications (ProBauG, ProDenkmal, ProBrandschutz). The ideal candidate must possess strong expertise in public building and monument law, coupled with knowledge of information technology, or a strong willingness to acquire it. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (Bachelor's level) in Administrative Sciences, Construction Management, or completed training as an Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt) or equivalent A II course, required by Q1 2026. Completed IT training is desirable.
