Job Summary

This specialist role is critical for ensuring product quality within the INK laboratory, supporting complex development projects for automotive OEMs and suppliers. Day-to-day responsibilities include the execution of operational quality controls, meticulous execution of test plans, and comprehensive documentation of results at the production order level. The specialist will manage component releases, initiate corrective actions, and process 8D reports for root cause analysis to block faulty products along the value chain, utilizing SAP for booking blocked parts. Candidates must hold a qualification as a Chemical-Technical Assistant (CTA) or equivalent, backed by 2-3 years of professional experience in operational quality management. Required knowledge includes quality standards such as ISO 9001, 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why, or Six Sigma, alongside proficiency in MS Office, SAP/ERP, and CAQ systems.
