This role seeks an experienced Service Manager to integrate into an IT Business Consulting team, taking ownership of diverse and challenging client projects. Key day-to-day responsibilities include the comprehensive planning, execution, steering, and control of projects, alongside rigorous risk management, data analysis, and documentation creation (e.g., project plans, work package descriptions). Essential qualifications include several years of professional experience in IT Business Consulting, strong knowledge of IT operations, IT solutions, and IT architectures, coupled with familiarity with security standards like ISO 2700x.
