Job Summary

This Senior Administrator role focuses on supporting managed infrastructure customers by administering and operating virtual server landscapes, network environments, firewall systems, and Linux systems. Key daily tasks include the setup and management of systems within data centers and cloud scenarios, ensuring continuous IT operations through monitoring, patching, vulnerability, and lifecycle management. The administrator is also responsible for planning, developing, and implementing new IT solutions and environments, identifying process improvements, and advising customers on future IT architecture design. Successful candidates must bring several years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and firewall management, coupled with strong knowledge of specific vendor solutions like Cisco, Check Point, and Fortinet. Fluent German (C1 level) is a mandatory requirement due to the customer structure.
