Day-to-day responsibilities include the administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex IT infrastructure, including network and server systems. The specialist will be crucial in analyzing and resolving technical faults, collaborating closely with 1st and 3rd Level Support teams, and contributing to the planning and implementation of robust system architectures. Key requirements include current expertise in Windows and Linux operating systems, experience with networking, and familiarity with collaboration tools like Office 365 and MS Teams.
