Job Summary

This role is ideal for a technically proficient professional specializing in Windows and/or Linux environments, focusing on 2nd Level Support within complex IT infrastructures. Day-to-day responsibilities include the analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues across network, server, and operating systems. The specialist will also contribute to the planning, implementation, and optimization of system and network architectures, working closely with 1st and 3rd level support teams on escalations and new technology rollouts. Key qualifications include current expertise in Windows and Linux OS, network infrastructure experience, and knowledge of collaboration tools like Office 365 and MS Teams. The position requires a commitment to continuous learning, strong communication skills, and very good German proficiency (C1 minimum), offering an unlimited contract and exposure to modern technologies like virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), monitoring (SolarWinds, Prometheus), and automation (Ansible, PowerShell).
