Job Summary

This role involves providing critical 2nd Level Support, focusing on the administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex Windows and/or Linux server environments. Key responsibilities include analyzing and resolving technical incidents within the IT infrastructure, managing network components, and ensuring system stability through proactive monitoring and security implementation. You will work closely with 1st level support for complex escalations and assist 3rd level teams with new technology rollouts, migrations, and process documentation. The ideal candidate possesses current expertise in operating systems, network protocols, and collaboration tools like Office365/MS Teams, coupled with strong analytical skills to develop sustainable solutions. This is a permanent position offering continuous professional development, exposure to modern technologies like virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and automation (Ansible, PowerShell), and the opportunity to work on challenging, large-scale IT projects.
