Job Summary

This role is ideal for a technically proficient professional specializing in the administration and support of complex Windows and/or Linux environments. The 2nd Level IT Support Specialist will be responsible for the analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical disruptions within the IT infrastructure, including network and server systems. Key daily tasks involve collaborating with 1st and 3rd level support, contributing to system planning and implementation, and ensuring high availability through monitoring and optimization. Candidates must possess current knowledge in operating systems, network infrastructures, and collaboration tools like Office 365 and MS Teams.
