Job Summary

This role is ideal for a technically proficient professional specializing in 2nd Level Support for complex Windows and/or Linux environments. The specialist will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure, including network and server systems. Key daily tasks involve analyzing and resolving technical faults, collaborating with 1st and 3rd Level Support teams, and contributing to the planning and implementation of system and network architectures. A strong background in collaboration tools like Office 365 and MS Teams, along with expertise in security policies (EDR, Firewall, SIEM) and monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Checkmk), is crucial. This position offers an unlimited contract and involvement in exciting projects, requiring excellent German proficiency (C1 minimum) and a willingness to travel for project work. The role demands continuous learning and a proactive approach to optimizing IT processes and ensuring high operational stability.
