Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Facility Management Site Manager responsible for the holistic technical and infrastructural operation of the company's branches across Germany. Key daily tasks include organizing, coordinating, and monitoring technical services, planning statutory inspections and maintenance work to ensure full compliance with operator obligations. The manager will coordinate external service providers, verify proper performance against contracts, and conduct on-site quality controls. A crucial aspect involves managing special projects, such as repairs and conversions, including evaluating bids and verifying costs. The position requires meticulous documentation and central reporting using a CAFM system, while acting as the primary point of contact for clients and tenants. Candidates must possess a degree in Facility Management or a completed technical qualification in areas like Electrical, HVAC, or Plumbing, coupled with relevant professional experience. Strong organizational skills, a service-oriented approach, and a willingness to travel are essential for success in this dynamic role.
