Job Summary

This role involves creating comprehensive rough and detailed schedules for complex road and civil engineering projects during both the bidding and execution phases. The specialist will serve as the primary contact for updating and managing the scheduling throughout the execution phase, focusing on identifying opportunities and risks for construction time optimization. Key responsibilities also include supporting the creation of construction site reports, performing required target-actual comparisons, and assisting with supplementary claim processing and documentation of schedule changes. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable qualification and possesses several years of experience in construction scheduling or control, preferably within road and civil engineering. Proficiency in scheduling software like Asta Powerproject, MS Project, or TILOS is essential, alongside a structured, analytical approach and willingness to travel to construction sites.
