Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support and system maintenance for the Servicegesellschaft Ammerland-Klinik mbH, a subsidiary of the Ammerland Clinic, supporting approximately 2,300 users across the clinic and the Bundeswehr Hospital Westerstede. The professional will be responsible for handling, documenting, and resolving IT support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Key daily tasks include diagnosing and fixing hardware, software, and network issues; managing the procurement, installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and peripherals; and administering user accounts and access rights. The ideal candidate holds a qualification as an IT Specialist for System Integration or an IT Systems Electronics Technician, possesses strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and MS Office, and demonstrates excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills, working within a dedicated 15-person IT team.
