Job Summary

Join the 15-member IT team at Servicegesellschaft Ammerland-Klinik mbH, supporting approximately 2,300 users across the Ammerland Clinic and the Bundeswehr Hospital Westerstede. This role, available full-time or part-time starting January 1, 2026, focuses on providing essential IT support and system maintenance. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling and documenting IT support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, and managing user accounts and access rights. You will also be responsible for the procurement, installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and peripheral devices. The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification as an IT Specialist for System Integration or IT Systems Electronics Technician, possesses good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and MS Office applications, and has foundational understanding of network technologies.
