Job Summary

Join the IT department of Servicegesellschaft Ammerland-Klinik mbH, a subsidiary of the Ammerland Clinic, as an IT Systems Technician or Support Specialist. You will be a crucial part of a 15-person team managing IT services for approximately 2,300 users, including 1,200 Windows clients and 400 virtual servers (Linux and Windows). Your daily responsibilities include handling and documenting IT support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, and managing user accounts and access rights. You will also be responsible for the procurement, installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and peripheral devices, ensuring compliance with internal IT policies. The ideal candidate holds completed vocational training in System Integration or IT System Electronics and possesses strong knowledge of Microsoft OS and basic networking technologies. This role offers an interesting and varied workplace with flexible hours and compensation based on the TVöD standard.
