Job Summary

This role involves acting as the primary Key User and 1st Level Support specialist for the IT systems used within the Student Services department, specifically focusing on the HIS eG Campus Management Software (HISinOne-APP and STU modules). The successful candidate will be the go-to expert for colleagues regarding IT system usage, responsible for documenting and implementing agreed-upon requirements and processes within the systems, and collaborating with the central Campus Management team on digital transformation initiatives. Additionally, the role includes administrative duties within the Student Secretariat, such as managing admission, enrollment, re-registration, and de-registration procedures, and assisting with student statistics. This is a full-time, permanent position offering an interesting and responsible role at the University of Education Freiburg, requiring strong IT affinity, organizational skills, and a service-oriented approach.
