As an IT Specialist in Geoinformation Systems, you will be responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of alarm lists, managing and processing faults within the ticket system, and providing remote troubleshooting for intelligent local network stations, LTE/DSL routers, and broadband powerline devices. A key part of the role involves utilizing Geoinformation Systems (GIS) to resolve faults related to broadband powerline equipment. You will also support Field Services during on-site commissioning and fault clearance. This role requires a background in IT or Electrical Engineering, knowledge of network technology and telecommunications, and experience with ticketing systems. Proficiency in both German and English is essential for success in this challenging and innovative environment.
