Job Summary
This role is perfect for a solution-oriented IT System Engineer eager to manage the full lifecycle of IT infrastructure for small and medium-sized enterprise clients. You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of client, server, and network environments, ensuring robust security solutions are in place. A core part of your duties involves the implementation and operation of Microsoft 365 and various other cloud services, alongside planning and executing complex migration projects between on-premise and cloud systems. You will also provide essential local and remote support. The position offers significant autonomy and creative freedom within a small, highly collaborative team, supported by modern infrastructure, providing excellent opportunities for professional development.
Required Skills
Education
Vocational Diploma in IT System Engineering (EFZ) or comparable qualification
Experience
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with core Microsoft products (Server, Client, Office, Microsoft 365)
- Professional experience managing virtualization technologies, specifically Hyper-V
- Experience in configuring and maintaining network components, including Firewalls, VPNs, and VLANs
- Proven ability to plan and execute IT migration projects (On-Premise to Cloud)
