Job Summary
This role supports IT and Engineering innovations by taking on essential organizational and administrative tasks within IT projects. The Assistant IT Project Management professional is responsible for the planning, organization, and follow-up of project meetings, including the creation of project correspondence and detailed protocols. A key function involves monitoring project goals and progress, executing budget management, and performing project controlling activities. Success requires a completed education in the IT field, a degree in (Business) Informatics, or a comparable qualification, coupled with initial experience supporting IT projects. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Windows are mandatory.
