Job Summary
This position is for an ambitious IT Operations Manager who shares a passion for innovation and technology, aiming to elevate IT solutions for renowned providers. The core focus of the role involves identifying, specifying, and implementing requirements for IT Service Management (ITSM), coupled with the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction through targeted measures. Day-to-day activities include project coordination and management within the scope of Managed Services, close collaboration with external service providers and suppliers, and ensuring thorough technical documentation and follow-up work. Successful candidates must bring a strong background in IT, demonstrated leadership experience, and proven expertise in IT project execution. A key prerequisite is a degree in Computer Science or equivalent, along with mandatory ITIL Foundation certification (V3 or higher), demonstrating expertise in structured service delivery.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, IT Specialist training, or a comparable qualification. ITIL Foundation (V3 or higher) certification or further Service Management certifications.
