Job Summary
This role is ideal for an experienced engineer seeking to drive innovation and elevate technology within the aviation sector. The Systems Engineer will be responsible for redesigning the development process, fundamentally revising specifications, and participating throughout the entire development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, acceptance, and certification. A key focus involves supporting the development, specification, and integration of avionics, flight simulation, or embedded systems and their subsystems. The role requires expertise in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) for regulated systems, compliance with aviation standards (like ARP4754/4761), and experience with tools like DOORS. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering and professional experience with aircraft systems, coupled with fluent German and at least B2 level English.
