Job Summary

This role is perfect for a dedicated Field Service Technician fascinated by modern radio technology and comfortable traveling extensively across Germany. You will be responsible for ensuring high-tech radio equipment is fully operational wherever it is needed, combining technical expertise with direct customer interaction. Day-to-day tasks involve the installation and configuration of devices and systems according to client specifications, performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing and resolving technical issues on-site, and providing customer training on optimal product usage. The ideal candidate holds a degree or certification in electronics, preferably as a certified technician, possesses strong knowledge of telecommunications technology, and is highly adaptable to various working environments. This position offers significant variety, requires strong problem-solving skills, and demands excellent communication to document work and collaborate with support and sales teams.
