Job Summary

This role as an IT Support Engineer in the Dresden area involves critical first-level support, focusing on monitoring, receiving, classifying, and analyzing IT disruptions, primarily utilizing the ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues, providing exceptional customer support, and meticulously documenting all actions within the ticketing system to maintain the knowledge database. Key responsibilities also include fulfilling user requests, testing software according to defined test plans, and deploying interface software for production facilities. To qualify, you must possess a completed vocational training or university degree in IT, coupled with professional experience in First-Level IT Support. Proficiency in ITSM tools, knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Microsoft Office 365, and a willingness to work within a CPS shift system are essential. This position offers an initial temporary contract with the option for permanent employment.
